PC on a vampiric longsword of swordsmanship

Been quietly hanging around for ages but finally decided I wanted to join in the price check fun

Got a longsword that's:
max dmg (req 9)
life stealing 2/-1
damage 13^50
swordsmanship +1 (19%)

I realise none of the mods are max but any ideas if I should salvage or try to sell? And at what price?

Well you could make a few platinum b/c people like longsword skin.

10k / salvage for +19%

10k sounds fair to me, i wouldn't salvage cause a +19% swordmanship is almost impossible to sell.
