PC defender. req11 strength. dmg -4 18%. health+43 w/enchnt

I wasnt able to find a similar item on these forume ( pc; buy;sell).
Any advice? Item is:

Defender shield
req.11 strength
Armor 16
Dmg-4 18%
Health+ 43 while enchanted.

Nice shield, im guessing around 10-25k, not sure, try more pcs
