15% Always Wingblade

PC please on a wingblade with 15% always, Energy -5 Req 11.

Thanks for the responses. Not high enough to tempt me to sell it. I can probably get more use out of it to fill a specialty hole in my sword set. Hmm, with the energy minus, probably best for an adrenaline/tank build. Throw a furious or vampiric + a defense mod on it would be fun to use I think.
