Hi guys, I've come up with a new build with Eles, after a couple of RA it seems to work well and I havent seen anyone with the same build, like ur comments.
The idea is to pump out as much as dmg as possible in a short time so:

I started this build during the factions preview event, there is a set which give +10 armor while enchanted, its perfect for this build, but at this stage, just go any.
Here is the idea
At beginning of battle, stay a little behind and find a weak target, (Ele, Mes, Necro, Monk or even Ranger) Get to a good distance from target, put on Aura of Retoration to self heal and Elemental Attunement. Don't put on Armor of Earch yet because it slows you down, use it when ever u are under attack.
Hit target with Shard Storm, the target will be slowed for 5 secs, and take approx 40+ dmg, run at to the target and Lightening Touch him while target is still hexed, that will give you around 40+ dmg and additional 30+ dmg bonus.
Next step is Shock the target, for the KD and 40+ dmg, of course followed by Aftershock to give 90+ dmg and 60+ dmg bonus.
So a rough calculation will do approx 200+ dmg in less then 4 seconds. By this time ur target will be going "Holy %#%@#$ what the hell was that?" and will either self heal or run. If target runs easy, Shard Storm to slow him down, Lightining Touch, Shock, Aftershock and he'll be dead in less then 3 rounds if there are no enemy monk.
Added value for this is that both Lighting Touch and Aftershock are AoE, so if you see multiple Warriors are choping at your Monk teammate, use it for the added dmg.
You can take on Warriors with this build, I've took a couple out 1 vs 1 before Elemental Attunement runs out.
Draw backs
Energy of course, Elmental Attunement last 45 sec, recharges at 60, there is approx 10 sec gap between each one, and if you die while you are attuned, after u are rezed you have low energy to play with and have to wait for Elemental Attuement to recharge.
I am tempted to swap Rez sig for Ward agaist melee or blinding flash just so i wont get anoyed by Warriors or Rangers.
This build is weak against degen, but if their team has no Monks, attack the degen, you out dmg him greatly.
Anyway this is just my build which I enjoyed alot, I have been giving surprises to people in RA now lets see if i can surprise you.

I wouldn't depend on Shard Storm. Not only does it last for only 5 seconds but it costs alot of energy for a spammable cause.
Try adding Rust and use that. 5 energy, and the water hex lasts for 30 seconds. They cast sigs x3 slower, but the point is to get a cheap water hex off and one that'll last longer for the benefit of Lightning Touch. Plus, Rez Sigs take 9 seconds, and Warriors' Healing Signets take 6 seconds, and that's 6 seconds of -40 armor.
P.S. A ranger would not be classified as a 'weak' target seeing how their armor was designed specifically against eles. That's the last person you wanna mess with on the playground until everyone else is dead.

if your going for that, why not just use e/mo with shock/holy strike/aftershock? first off your running a "touched" build and using armor of earth, thats going to cause several problems. the second is your calling it a one man spiker, yet you are saying it takes 3 rounds to kill a target. If thats the case, why not just use the standard lighting surge/orb/strike? you can pretty much throw in any 2 damage spells there and grab the kill.
I hate to say negative things about a build, though it just seems to circusy to me. If your going touch, you can always use shock with no points in it, and max out earth/fire pbae as well. It does the same thing, and works extreamly well with the new assassin class.
