Had the same problem with my unmodded req. 12 15^50 when I was spamming it for 100k. Guess most people are refraining from buying high requirement items in anticipation of the weapons coming out in Factions. Anyway, found a buyer in Droks who was willing to part with 85k for the axe. Guess you could get 100k+ for yours if you're patient and lucky enough to find the right buyer.

Not that they are refraining, its that the high end buyers are wanting low req's.

Yours I would put at 150-180k
