I bought this guild wars a while ago and I quit.
I just started again but it says that "This account isnt authorized to play Guild Wars".Got any idea why?

either you or someone who got your login info did a nasty and got the account permabanned

If you purchased the account through ebay, it's quite possible that the seller then did a credit card charge reversal on the copy they sold you, resulting in ANet getting the shaft. When this happens, ANet tends to turn off the key involved due to it being fraud and all.
