4 builds im pondering...

So everyone always says make your own build instead of asking for one, so I came up with a couple general ideas and im looking for any input on these builds. Wanted to come up with something fun/unique that would be either very good PVe or very good PvP dont care about making general builds to that are mediocre at both. here is what I came up with, any comments are welcome.

Build 1: - degen/damage

12+3 dagger mastery
10 + 3 deathly arts
rest into critical strikes

Build 2: - anti caster/endurance build

12+3 dagger mastery
12 + 1 shadow arts

black lotus strike - cs
critical strike

8 + 1 dagger mastery


Build 4 - Pure damage

black mantis thrust
jungle strike
twisting fangs
moebius strike
horns of the ox
critical eye

12+3 dagger mastery
10 curses
10 critical strike

Anyway, the first build looks decent, though it has no runspeed boost. I consider that very important for any melee character, both offensively and defensively.
The second build doesn't seem to do any one thing extremely well. It features Temple Strike, and that's good- it'll make you a threat to casters. Nothing else in the build really...builds...on that, however.
In your third build, I wouldn't use black lotus strike as your offhand because it has a 30 second recharge- basically, it means you could only use your dual attack once every 30 seconds even though critical strike recharges in 12. Also, Shield of Judgement comes out of left field- I would try for something a little more offensively oriented.
In both your builds using Moebius Strike, you've included two different dual attacks. The nice thing about Moebius is, it'll recharge your dual attack if you hit the condition, so you could actually carry one skill and use it twice. This takes Twisting Fangs out of the running, because applying the same two conditions twice does nothing notable. Critical Strike is my top choice, as it'll return energy as well as hit hard, and Death Blossom is a possibility, albeit not one I've given much consideration to.
