PC Gold Storm Bow 10/10 +30hp

Hey can someone give me a pc on my bow:

Gold Sundering Storm Bow of Fortitude
15-28 (req8)
Dmg +15% (While Enchanted)
Sundering 10/10
Health +30

Req would be nice though.

8-9 = 50-75k
10-12 = 25-50
13 = 10-15 imo.

a req 8 imo would hit 100k ... even though its enchanted ... i do agree with warriors other req pc's though
