Dmg +15% (While Enchanted)
Sundering 10/10

Req would be nice though.

8-9 = 50-75k
10-12 = 25-50
13 = 10-15 imo.

a req 8 imo would hit 100k ... even though its enchanted ... i do agree with warriors other req pc's though
