About Dragon flat bow

Hi ppl, i want to know about the dragon flat bow, how it works? like a long bow? recurve? or short? i mean the long bow has long range, the short is the fastest but it has short range, i want to know how it works since almost all ppl told me that is the best bow in the game by the way, is that true?

If by dragon flat bow you actually mean Dragos Flat Bow, i suggest you check the ranger section. I think that has the basics of bows on it.

Next time, try to use with Search

The more people say use 'Search' the more i get worried about this

What I want to mean is: Search before posting anything. I dont want to say use the broken Search fonction (I you think that, my bad). Well Searching information is a good way to find instead posting and not searching (Except in this Forum ). Well I said what I wanted to tell about this bow and my thinking on "Search" for you Evilsod.

You might be talking about a dragon horn bow (a specific appearance horn bows can have), or, more likely, the green Drago's Flatbow.

Bows come in 5 types: short, flat, long, recurve, and horn. All bows types do the same amount of damage, but there are 4 other attributes to bows that differ between bow types.

Range: short range is hair farther than the radius of the aggro bubble, medium range is about 1.25 times the aggro radius, and long range is slightly more than half again the aggro radius.

Refire speed, how fast you fire again: fast is 2.0s, medium is 2.4s, slow is 2.7s.

Arc, how high the arrow goes and thus how long it takes to get to its target: low arc arrows hardly go up at all and move quite quickly to the target, medium arc arrows take moderate amount of time to reach their target, and high arc arrows go way up in the air and take about 1 second to reach their target.

Armor penetration: certain bows have a built in 10% armor penetration, like a free 10%(100%) sundering mod.

The 5 bow types have the following stats:
shortbow: short range, fast refire, low arc, no penetration
longbow: long range, medium refire, medium arc, no penetration
flatbow: long range, fast refire, high arc, no penetration
recurve bow: medium range, medium refire, low arc, no penetration
horn bow: medium range, slow refire, medium arc, 10% penetration

You might hear about other types of bows, but these are just fancy-looking versions of one of the 5 types above:

storm bow = longbow
ivory bow = shadow bow = horn bow
composite bow = dead bow = eternal bow = recurve bow
half moon = short bow

I don't recall for sure, but I believe mursaat bows and flesh bows are also types of horn bows.
