15 uncond would mean it didnt hav the -1 energy regen.... price depends on skin

yeah it is not unconditional, -1 energy regen is the condition, I would say maybe 5-10k because of the skin and req, but -1 is the worst condition

Half moons only have 1 skin (as far as I'm aware).

I'll give you 10K for it if you want to sell it. Not sure on a PC though tbh, I haven't seen many of these around.

Im not sure if its real or not but i though Half Moon's had a blacky, grey coloured skin as well, but im not entirely sure.

i think there are 2 dif skins, but agreed with hell's pc and that -1 nrg regen has to be the worst
