w/n greneth build^sword?

Hi i read the w/n build for greneths footprint and i was wondering where do you get a zealous sword of dwarf slaying? if you now where could u pleeze tell me or if you have one for sale i would like to buy it (will trade victo's axe for two of these swords)

ps they have to be max and have the req mods and a attack bonus when health is above or below 50% thank you!!!

I just don't know where you can find those mods.

Maybe going to Lion's Arch or Droknar's Forge would help.
