*17-20 while hexed req.8/9 sword (he doesn't care about skins)
*+7 armor vs. elemental sword pommel
*+25-28 health pommel
He might need more later but he currently have a restricted budget. As for me now, I know I was recently buying runescape money but I decided to quit and will buy guild wars money at a ratio of 10:1. (ie: 10 mil RS = 1 mil GW) Price is negotiable, I have over 20 M Runescape. Thanks
