Fire Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 8 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is below 50%)
Health +26

I am afraid not worth much, maybe something to the merchant?

salvage/merch/give away or..... 1-2k in ascalon.

I'm guessing you may have read it as 15^50 but it is infact 15v50 and that is pretty far from max

doh ... see what working 12 hour shifts does to a mind ... once again glad i read over the ones i have already pc'd
