One of the best parts of guru over the number of months I've used it was the "most recent posts" area on the main page. It was a great way to track the most recent posts and participate in active threads. It's been replaced by Guru and GW related adds for quite a while now. I understand why you would do this for the short term, but the auction system is no longer so new that it needs this advertisement. Any chance of ever getting the most recent posts area back?
Oh, and while I'm at it, I might suggest that it not count any posts in PC, sell, and buy threads, but rather the main ones for conversation.

Well it was never 'real time' for new posts. This board moves much too quickly for that so it wasn't really up to date. Right now we are looking into the search and getting "new posts" working at the top of the forums. Which I know a lot consider one of the most useful features that vbulletin has.

Great to hear. Those 2 areas and the skill pages (icons and up to date descriptions) are right on the top of my list of most used/favorite aspects of guru. Great to see you're on top of all of them. Thanks for the response, Inde.
