my idea is this...
Signet of Ultimate Resurection: Reserect Target Ally with Full Health and Energy, Same other stats as a regular Resurection signet except... It recharges after a minute and is elite. ^_^

IWAY would love that.
Bit too powerful I think. Maybe it would be ok for a monk or perhaps ritualist. Not all classes.

This idea actually doesn't piss me off as much as it should...
The idea of a multi-class repeatable rez *might* *MIGHT* be allowable if it were elite...I'm thinking it wouldn't get much use however.
It would be nice if some variant of this idea was workable. I get kind of sick seeing x/Mo characters who are set up that way soley for the resses.

You would have to sacrafice that precious elite slot. Would you really give up an elite for a res? Might be worth thinking about.

Well, /Ri has reusable res types now too, so we'll probably see x/Mo and x/Ri...but at least it breaks the monotony a little.
Seeing as that giving up an elite slot (how many of us REALLY find the elites from our primary and secondary completely unuseable?) for this is just too much of a sacrifice, this idea might be dead right here. If I really want to use a skill like this, I'll resign myself to using non-elite:vengeance.

Full health, 25% energy, target skills disabled for 5 seconds, make it elite, and give it a recharge time of at least a minute, maybe two. That might work.

I agree that its overpowered. But it could easily be done.
Signet 0 6 120{elite}
Disables all of your skills for 10...5 seconds (depends on your primary attribute...no matter what it is) and ressurects target player with 75...100% health and 25...50 percent energy. (again primary attribute) Their skills are disabled for 1...4 seconds. (This goes up to counteract your time going down)

How about making it have the same stats as normal res sig, but able to res allies such as Ghostly Hero, Bodyguard, Priest, etc as well.
