I got this item from a shiverpeak chest and i think it isn't for merchant but i could be wrong.

Fire artifact;Energy+12(req.10 fire magic);+13 health (always)

max on offhands is +30 and unless it has a good 2nd mod is almost worthless as well ... so merch yours

You may sell for 500g to someone in ascalon that needs fire elementalist items. take too long to sell though.
