Hello.
Wanna have pricecheck on following staff i found:
Defensive Inscribed staff of illusion magic
max dmg
req12 domination
halves skill recharge of spells 8%
armor +5
illusion magic +1 (19%)
gold

Should i salvage it for illusion+1 mod or is this only that merchant would like to buy ?`

imo salvage ... most (19%) mods are about 10-15k ...
