How do I get pics to work

Hey guys, I need some help getting pics onto GuildWarsGuru.
When I go on Manage Attachments and open something it opens it up in an IM or e-mail (AOL)

Anyhelp will be really nice.

use a file hosting program eg image shack: http://imageshack.us/
to host your files, then they will give you a web address for that image, simply put:
[IMG]insert web adress here[/IMG]
and ur image will appear in ur post.
