PC gold sundering great axe of def.

stats: armor penetration 10/10
armor +5
max dam
dam +13% in stance


I know the hilt for the sundering 10/10 is worth some decient money, but it doesn't seem to be transfering over to the axe. I think th 13% in stance hurts its price also. I have been given a wide range of what people think it's worth, i have been told 5-60k, I was hoping to narrow that down a bit. thanks in advance for any help.

ok well I did and got the hilt, sundering axe hilt 10/10. I have seen these trying to be sold anywhere from 40- 60k, does that sound about right?
