Yes you can switch back to Mesmer Secondary at the same NPC without having to do the Mesmer Secondary quest.

Although this post doesn't really help either, but you could try pm'ing racthoh has he has a mo/n or alteast his side profile thing says hes does

The Search function is working great as of now. Even if the original search function doesn't work why not use the Search engine they provide you? Or is it because you don't know how to use Google? Millions of people use Google everyday.
