Thought I would put this build I made up here and mabe get some improvements on it... anyway here it is.

-Skills-
Dryders Defenses
Storm Chaser
Dodge
Escape (elite)
Mending
Healing Breeze
Troll Urgent
Mend Ailment

-Atributes- (I have 185 out of 200, 1 sup runes and 2 minors)
Healing Prayers 11
Smiting Prayers 0
Protection Prayers 4
Beast Mastery 0
Expertise 10 (9+1)
Wilderness Survival 10 (9+1)
Marksmanship 3 (0+3)

Now for the first part I simply put mending on and run using storm chaser, dogde and escape (using healing when needed.) Then once you get to the docks you run in circles (careful not to get close to the Vizer) using escape, dryders and troll urgent (along with anyothers if needed), however watch for anti-enchants as they will take your health down a bit.

Take off the superior Marksmanship rune, unless Dryder's Defenses runs off that. I have no experience with that skill because I haven't gotten around to getting it yet.

Yes the sup marks is not doing you any good, just lowering your hp, your better with a sup expertise or ws.
Tried it, works like a charm, instead of storm chaser you may want to throw in whirling defense or another evade skill, it's not very difficult to run the first part but i did have some trouble near the end, when id be out of a stance.
Good work, nice build

Hi

i prefer r/w for the additional speed boost of charge (means that instead of going at 25-33% onstantly, you end up going at 25-33 half the time and 50-58% faster half the time, makes the whole thing much quicker :O

My build:
whirling
dodge
stormchaser
charge
balanced stance
shields up
toll ungeunt
healing sig

balanced stance is there cos this is my generic running build,
