well i am currently level 16 W/RA in presear at the moment and there is only 1 way to reach level 20 now since anet nerfed leveling up charr and that my friends is to level up striders outside of ashford.Now here is where we come into a few problems, 1. it could take up to 20 times to get a decent spawn make shure you can at least get 1 strider to spawn by the rez srine if you very lucky you might get two of them, 2. if you dont have a -health item or health degen item then i suggest you get one if you plan on reaching level 20, 3. there is allways the chance that you can get disconected and that would result in many hours wasted make shure your cables are nice and firm also now anet has a timer that times how long you have been playing it is not yet confirmed if will kick you after countless hours of gameplay, 4.This will be much easier if you have multiple computers that way if you are addicted to computers you will still have one to use.I suggest you be around level 14-16 before you try this also if your a ranger dont bring your pet. Save up all your quests till level 16 yes that means you will have to do multiple char runs it took me around 100 runs solo to go from level 15-16 gaining 16xp from each boss 0xp from everything else thats 64xp each run I suggest you have a lower level friend come with you and ask him to let you kill the bosses your self tat way he is still gaining xp and you will be able to keep rezoning after each run non stop.Now that you have reached level 16 you can do your quests getting you to 85% of the way to level 17 or you can save them till you reach a higher level. Now to leveling up striders.At first it doesnt take along time to get it to level 2 or 3 but it will take increasing more time you will want to level up the strider so that it is your level that way you will get 100xp from it when you kill it and you will have less of a chance to get disconnected with 475 health and a -1 hp regen item I can get 1 strider to level 16 in 4 hours i am 3/100 of the way to earing my next level 150,000 xp to go that right there tells me that i need to kill 150 striders just to reach level 17!! 150x4hrs = 600hrs thats almost more time then I have spent on the whole game If your lucky you might find a -2 health rgen item or a -50hp offhand item then i would recommend leveling them up 2 levels higher then your current level.make shure once you kill it you log out and back in to reduce your chances of getting disconnected.repeat all those steps and you will adventually get to level 20 the highest maximum percentage you can gain in 1 day at lv 16+ is 6% 25/4hrs that means you would have to wake up from your sleep to to check on it and relog and zone agian.
If any one makes it to level 20 now in presear you will be remebered in forums for years to come even more so then God Anti Powers who is so far the first one to reach level 20 in presear (though i have heard rumors there was more before him/her) I have helped her level up charr before they nerfed it and it didnt take her nearly as long since she/he had around 10 lv 11 charr killing her at once instead of 1 level 1 strider. also you may have noticed that now there is a timer once you die that counts down from 10 this is another one of anets features that try to keep players from reaching level 20 in presear.
This must mean that Anet is ether really mean
or they dont want you to waste your time.You will earn fame from some players or will be seen as lame to others but how you spend your time is your choice.There is yet another way that would be more logical and possable faster to do this Spend your time learning about programming and other computer related attributes and then hack your way into it shure it wont be "legit" as other people would put it i personaly think everything is legitiamate every one has the equal right to learn how to hack into the system I say more power to you.
