Why not make collectors teach you skills when you give them what they want? Skills that you only can get from collectors.

This would make alot more sense than a skill trainer just sitting in town selling you skills.

Earn your skills and make it seem like they're actually teaching you something. Alot like how the Skill Quest Givers work in Pre Sear and early Post.

I actually like this quite a bit. Between skill capping, far off outpost trainers, trainers that teach you skills already unlocked on your account and available through quests in the main cities, this would fit in nicely.

Make it viable too. As in make the skill you're learning relate to the mobs you're killing. Almost so its like collecting the stuff is training to learn the skill.

A trader who would collect icy lodestones would teach you a fire skill in return.

And so on and so forth, collectors who would take fire things you would learn a water skill. Collectors who would take humps from giants would teach you a stance. etc etc..

maybe also like armors, you need some igredients to make something that is required to learn that skill, like a "skill crafter", would also be fun
