Does anyone know if our territory changes will be renewed for factions? As it is an expansion i would have thought that anet would renew our territory changes to 4 but aint sure.

No, they will not. They've stated as much on several occasions.

Nope, I would imagine that if you start a new account with your faction game, you would get 5 territorial changes. but if you just merge, then you will still have whatever you have.

I think they must add another 5 new changes for every new charter. Maybe some people think "I will not buy Factions yet" but if they read about you can change territory 5 more times, they could change mind and buy now. It's a very good strategy for sell more.

The ability to change servers. For example, US can swith to europe and the reverse but it's limited and you have to be careful, you can get locked on a server you don't want to be on and can't change. I think Korea can move to all three, and they added Japan recently.
