Okay, I need a negative energy weapon set to help my monk combat energy denial in PvP. I know that I could get the offhand by completing the Cities of Ascalon quest and have a 50% slot of getting the correct focus, but I have already done that quest on all my characters and I cannot get a new one up until after Factions, so I need to buy it. I have no idea where to obtain a -5 energy weapon.

Obviously, I need a price check first to know if I can afford the set. The focus can be the one from cities of ascalon or one with better mods. I don't know if there are other useful mods on a -5 energy weapon.
