Wanna have pricecheck on 2 followin swords:
Long Sword - max dmg, dmg +13 enchanted, req10, zealouse 1/1, armor+6 vs elemental, gold.
Falchion - max dmg, dmg +18below50, req9, lengthens poison 33%, armor +6 vs elemental, gold.

I will go out on a limb and post first, but don't take my word as the word of God or anything.
Neither sword is perfect. Both are 2% off perfect for the dmg mod, and both are +1 armor off the armor mod. But that's ok. I have to say I personally like the longsword better, because dmg + while enchanted is better than the dmg while < 50%. I would put the longsword at maybe 10-12k, maybe a little less, and the Falchion at probably 6-7k.
