Hello everyone. Since I don't trade much in the "shield" market I need your help. PC on the following item:

Gold Stone Summit Shield
Req. 11 Tactics
-2 Dmg in Stance
+9 Armor vs Fire.

Worth anything? Junk because of the high Req.?
