When I did the Monk's Path quest I recall the number of Scarabs to be a bit overwhelming. So I would 1)cause them to spawn, 2)then retreat, 3)pull and kill. <Repeat> Eventually you will be left with the boss scarab. No biggie.

Bring a halfway decent minion master with you if you know one, and the rest henches. You won't even need to retreat. Good fun!
EDIT: Don't forget to kill a few drakes along the way to start the minion army!

Just kill the Jades as they pop up. Don't over aggro (good advice for the whole game) and take down one mob at a time.

There's 2 quests:
One at Destiny's Gorge from npc the quest is called "The forgotten ones"
2nd is located at droknar's forge titled "Hero's Challenge" from Vanyi npc near storage (Might have to do prequest for her titled hero's journey)

ok thx i found vanyi i will try to do the quest

The forgotten ones is pretty easy as you really dont have to fight at all.
Just bring sprint and run by the mobs until you find Yssliss whatever his name is. Then run and find the next guy again with sprint.

Yah lol... I did it with my MM no sweat. But you need to have minions before you get there, otherwise you're screwed if you doing it with henches. The minions take all the flak while you are constantly raising minions. It was really fun for me.

I had a fun time with this quest last night. Helping a guildie in a group of 3 of us and 3 henchies, the warrior decided it would be best to just run there. Of course, Lina, Alesia, and Claude dropped on the way, leaving the 3 of us and hoards of scarabs. We killed the first wave one by one, but decided to start over. So, for a lesson in overkill, we changed things up and went back with stance tank, guildie healer, MM necro, SS necro, and me (arcane echo shatter hex with e-surge). As I said, massive overkill
However, I've done it easily in the past with my w/r and 5 henchies. Just trigger some, fall back and kill them, then repeat. Also, it's a quest, so you can respawn and go at them again if you die. Just clear the path/route to make it easier and quicker to return. The key no matter what you do is to prick away at them and not get overwhelmed by aggroing too many at once.
