I'm looking for a Protection staff with a 20% recharge chance and 20% faster casting chance(faster casting isn't really a must, mostly want 20% recharge, also 19% would be just as good, but i don't really want any chance lower than 19%), I would also like it to be a raven staff skin.

Mods aren't needed also, i plan on custom modding the staff.
