I searched for this to make sure it hasn't been posted yet so here goes. If any of you subscribe to CGW, there is a new, large (albeit small in size, hard to see because it only takes up 1 page) map of the Factions Chapter 2 world. I can see all the areas I got to in FPE and tons of other new areas including the new newbie area Shing Jea Monastery.

I would post scans but it's copyrighted material from a magazine. Pick it up or take a peek at a store.. you can find it on page 26.

Yes, it is the same area shown with the notable inclusion of all the towns/outposts/missions that are available. For example, instead of just the Marketplace there are places like Amberstone, Paisu Palace, and many others.

One place they take care to point out is Kaineng Center that acts like a bridge between Factions and Prophecies which players reach at about 20% through the new campaign.

The Shing Jea Arena is that tiny island south of the bigger one east of the main continent as well. IE, the newbie area is that large island to the west.

THe preview is only a very small portion of the actual game.

EDITED:

I found the maps,
it's not an NDA map as I assumed, but rather screenshots they took from the Backstage Event.

My mistake on that one.

I don't know about others but yes, I seem to get mine at least a month ahead of when they're supposed to come out. Anyways, those screens posted are pretty much what the map in CGW looks like. Mind you, you have to really squint or just take a scan of it and look closer in Photoshop to easily distinguish the areas. It's just nifty to see how many places there are in between the FPE areas of Luxon and the Marketplace for example that we didn't even get a chance to look at.
