Like the title says im looking for a ghostly staff with 10% universal recharge on it, i dotn care about req or max dmg, but i will pay more for a max w/ reasonalbe req in divine, or domination

i would also like the staff to have quick recover from something other then blind, or weakness. I do NOT want staffs with a fast cast bonus in anything other then inspiration
