Monks have it easy fortunately, having access to Spellbreaker.

Not really any specific gear needed, just runes, Major Healing, Minor Divine and Smiting. Weapon with 20% enchanting prayers is a big plus ( I use KF staff cause it's cheap

Method
Exit to Ice Floe and enchant yourself with Blessed Aura+Balths Spirit.
From the entrance turn into the small inlet on the left with some mursaat.
Stand on the edge of agro and cast breeze, run through the Mursaat/Jades using Sprint as necessary.
If there are Ice Imps nearby then when you are nearly in agro range of the imps, cast Spellbreaker. By now Rush should have charged up so use it to run past the Imps. Cast breeze and then Spellbreaker before every group of imps and you should be fine. Purge conditions is there for if you ever get snagged by a barbed trap.
I run for tips and on a busy day I usually make upwards of 20k and hour as the run only takes about 5-6 minutes

You could also try a Mo/R variant with Storm Chaser subbed in for Rush/Sprint.
