Hi all,

I have a storm artifact (req 10) with the following two mods:
+5 Armor, -20 Health
10 % Global Recharge

Would this be worth a thing or just merchant fodder?

The req is air, cos it's a Storm Artifact. Is you don't meet the req, you don't get the energy...
