Hairdo, Hat and Dance Traders - Allow people to change hairdo's, dances, Hats and buy new emotes. Who wouldn't want to do the Kung Fu Shuffle in their new beehive hairdoo and Rastafarian Hat
Leader allowed to rearrange group order - instead of having to kick people and reinvite in order to re-order the group so the monk and necro's can be at the bottom.
Leader allowed to kick people from group at start of new area - This allows runners to boot non-payers and leaders in places like the Tombs and other farming areas to boot AFK's and trouble makers.
Auto AFK kick - If you do not move or cast a spell in 5 minutes, you are auto-kicked. So many jerks nowadays piggyback AFK in the Tombs, they go afk, claim they were asleep or called away and magically awaken just before we finish and the greens drop. Plus they also share in the money we pick up so even without greens, they get 1K+ in gold for free, plus experience.
A real trader - You sell stuff to the trader and he has that stuff available for sell to other people. I realize this would take a lot of space in the database but it would have prices based upon supply and demand and people wouldn't have to resort to paying the vultures in Lion's Arch crazy prices for weapon mods and less than perfect weapons.
Spell Trader - You don't like a spell? Sell it! at a considerable markdown but at least when you get rid of a character, you don't leave with 10 Capture sigs setting there.

This would also be a good way of earning money for doing quest, do the quest, sell the skills, but
Aside from the potential for that abuse, it may give the developers an idea, which spells people think are worthless.. a merchant system which pays more for spells rarely sold, and less for spells often aquired and often sold should fix most such problems.

Auto-AFK boots is not such a good idea. Get called away for 5 minutes because the doorbell rings or to take a "comfort break" and come back to find yourself back at the outpost doesn't sound like much fun. Neither does telling your friend at the door that you need to go wiggle your mouse in the middle of your conversation.
Besides, if they are there at the end they could easily be watching TV and come move their toon every 4 minutes so this would solve nothing really.
Leaders booting is also open to abuse. Think of an all guild team with a PUG player. Get 98% finished with the mission and boot the non-guild member. Likewise group voting, in that same scenario, still a bad option.
I like the rearrange the team option. As a monk it would be nice to put warriors at top, then rangers, whatever. Or for missions where you split up the top 4 are one team and the bottom 4 the other.
I understand that they are working on some kind of auction/trader/etc.

Okay .... enough sarcasm for one day ..... sorry.

I'd be happy to give up Fire Storm, even for 5 gold. Does it have any use past pre-searing? I mean other than to scatter the enemies when a SS is trying to kill them while bunched up.

I hate these ideas...
... an Auto AFK kicker... all you need to do is ruin his/her rep and add them to your ignore list. Too much abuse spawning in that idea... It will hardly be used against AFKers, more like "boot out the noob" type situations. I say, if you got the noob in the first place, it's your own fault. /notsigned
Leader being allowed to kick people is abuse... Not paying for a run is not a form of abuse, how do the two match up? It's also not feasible to be able to boot people in new areas... if it's any consolation, you can boot them in town^^ /notsigned
A real trader is ambiguous, you just need to know how to haggle... getting a pre-determination ruins the effect of trading person-to-person ... its a business, lets keep it natural ppl^^! /notsigned (anyway, this idea has been mentioned before)
Spell trader.... well... combine this with your idea of a real trader and you have the effect of a ... skills trainer that buys... It's not going to start a whole new farming revolution, unless you really are that lazy to cap your own skills... this is prone to trade spam also... allowing a lvl1 to get every single spell much more easily. /notsigned

I don't see why anyone would be opposed to this unless you scam runners or are a AFK farmer.
