I was just thinking of the too, the one to get your health low enough to use desperate strike, and the other could heal you later on if you need to.
When it says, "when it ends" does that inculde being stripped?
Possible combo?

I'm not feeling the combination. It's a lot of hassle to net an extra 40 damage that you could get much more easily with something like Unsuspecting Strike. You'd presumably be using IoW before you attack your target, and unless you're helping to kill an already weakened foe, your target will be at full health if not somewhere above 90% health, which gets me wondering why not just use Unsuspecting in the first place.

I assume then that 74% is at 16 Dagger Mastery ? I'm so used to skills being shown with range as 0 - 12, but I notice your max is different from the skills listing. Anyway, chances are with that small a difference it would still be viable (you're likely to at least take some damage somewhere especially in PvE, which this could work nicely for), but it's certainly not as dependable as a skill that guarantees your health being low enough.
