PC on earth wand with fire bonus and nice blood staff

Hello guys,

I'd like a PC on these two items please:

1) Gold max Earth Wand
Req. 9 earth magic
Halves casting time of fire magic spells (chance: 19%)

2) Gold max Raven Staff
Req. 10 blood magic
Halves casting time of blood magic spells (chance: 15%)
Halves recharge time of blood magic spells (chance: 17%)
Enchantments last 18% longer

I'm especially curious about the blood staff; it might not be perfect, but to have req and 2 mods all of the same attribute seems nice, with the 18% enchants as a bonus.
