Skillbar Help "Bubbles"

Is there a way to disable the "pop-up bubbles" when mousing over skills in the skillbar? Soemtimes it's pretty annoying, especially if you know what you're using for skills -

I have though the same many times. And I am still expecting that in "the next update" this may be fixed.

I have moved the Skills bar up to put the Health bar and the Energy bar below the Skills bar, and I have moved Effects Monitor and the Upkeep Monitor to the right side of the Skills bar. It is not that I like having things this way, it is that the default positions annoy me because the skills' help pop-ups!

Very distracting if you happen to mouse over them during battle. I try to keep the mouse away from them and use keyboard to activate skills.

I recently started a petition to give users the option of disabling these pop-ups.
