Is their a Lieutenant's Helm higher than the one at henge, and were can i find the person to capp Eviscerate,and Gladiator's Defense? And what is the best pice of armor to put a Absorption rune.

2. Axe elite you can cap in Hell's Prepice ( Forgot name )
3. Glad's Defence in Dragon's Lair , Last boss called Facet Of Strength.

You better learn to cap fast. You have exactly 0.1 sec to cap, before the pug will jump through the portal.
