req 12 so 10k maybe a bit more

I'll agree that req 12 is high, but for an ele, who usually has only 2 spots to split attribute points (energy and what ever element) it isn't that hard. I've heard that it's worth a lot more, any other opinions?

On a side note, I'm originally from Chicago too! Are you actually in the city or the burbs? I grew up in Schaumburg, back when it was still farm country.
