Just curious really since its got 3 perfect mods
If pic is messed up stats are: Req.8(smiting) +30hp armor +5 max damage reduces bleeding duration by 20%

Nice staff too bad it hasnt any bonus for recharge and casting
Easiest way is salvaging, if you dont feel like risking try to ask around 15-20k
