Any req is fine im looking for a monk one hand, dual mods perferably 9-10% recharge or 18-20% recharge of healing or prot, and 5^50

Also id like to buy a monk staff, any req with either 9-10% recharge and casting, or 18-20% recharge and casting of prot or healing, i can add my own mods so they really dont matter
