Is there going to be a FOW type armor in factions?

Arenanet said they were going to have 5 armors in factions, I believe they had 4 types in the weekend? they had normal 1.5k versions of each armor and then they had 15k versions of those armors.... but... are they going to have a special armor for those players that are able and willing to dish out the extra money for a different look like they did with FOW armor, Rubies and Saphires have been out for a while now... and when Sarrow first came out they went up in price because people thought it was gonna be an actual expansion that was free, but they didnt really add anything extra to what people were expecting, if there is gonna be another FOW type armor what kind of materials are going to be used for it, does anyone know? I know some people got pretty far during factions weekend and might have encountered something that a lot of people were hoping, if anyone has any information because in my opinion I still see FOW armor looking better then both the warriors armor in some ways.

Yes their will be fow, what will be needed to make it, we have no idea, well have to wait and see

3 armour sets (Luxon, Canthan, Kurzick), 15k version of each, makes 6 sets per profession. I think the most you'll get for a Factions version for FoW is the ability to buy the current FoW peices from the Eternal Crafter with Factions armour stats (like +health).

i heard there was gonna be new fissure most liekly just a rumor but maybe rubys and sapphires will be used =0

well we got about 2 weeks before the game comes out, well have to wait till then, or anet says something.

can't wait till i do fow with assasin. Wonder what that assasin version is gona look like. Also the tryrian versions of assasin armour that stuff. Id guessing it have a more european look.

Yeah, I think that there will be a Cantha FoW armor for sure, otherwise many peeps couldnt be able to show how much money they've got Are they gonna add Ritualists and Assasins FoW armor (in the real Fissure)? This is gonna be interesting: we'll have 2 armors to choose between (at last 2 different looks for 1 class armor )

Dont u noticed that ur new rpg char created in FPE Canthan had another noob armor?

Those 15k version armors arent included in the 6 armor sets.
They would be Luxon, Canthan, Kurzick, noob, collector and elite armor(fow equivalent).

maybe elite armor which is between 15k and fow armor? that wouldnt touch the market, would prefer that.

I wonder if the Cantha armor types will be available in Fissure for people who own both chapters. I wonder if they will finally unlock the other 3 realms of the Gods...

Well... "types" before factions was previewed by us, that would be stat wise, not which armor belonged to which gang.

A Magizine also noted they hadnt found a real use for rubies and shapires yet, in a later interview they said they might be used, but not as people might hope (probly a crafter of sorts, like how spiritwood is used for rare scrolls yet people dont mass craft them due to the 5K craft price).

ok back to armor sets, we have seen the extra 3 sets, perhaps a collectors version yet we have those in tyria(unlikely counted), a FoW expanded options?(unlikely counted, but would give us the other 3)
I speculate that there are 3 sets yet un-released.(I'm still betting on my dream of a faster movement while in stance armor from a crafter) sigh, yes I really dreampt this

So thats as much as we know thats documented(magizine interviews but I cant post pages from articles due to plagerism arguments), and a little speculation.
I would never belive a "rumor" unless they had atleast a link to this and some creditable evidence to support it.

They will probably be found somewhere like the UW or FOW, perhaps another realm of the gods

I would highly doubt anything that would require more grinding than FoW armor and would have differnt stats? that would promote grinding and worse yet... ebay sellers.

Along these lines, I am wondering if I can take my assassin back to Tyria and get FoW for said Assassin.

I bow'd at a res shribe somewhere in the luxon area and grenth came down, options of "favor of the gods" tehehe, but I bet somewhere we will have access to the underworld/fissure since the new arrivials(NPC's from cantha) said "we whorship the same gods"

personally I want to find that dealer of pets that the guy knows of in cantha...

I think that there will be some sort of elite armor, like FOW.
I also believe that it will probably require faction from either Luxons or Kurzicks to create, meaning 1 sets depending on the side you pick.

Instead of grinding for money and ecto, we'll need to grind for faction!

There will be real Fissure armor for Ritualists and Assassins, and FoW/UW will be accessable from Cantha. I asked Gaile on the Ritualist/Assassin FoW armor and she said they wouldnt miss out, and the Canthan access to FoW/UW is something that was said in a Gaile chat i read sometime recently.

Hmm, I like the idea of buying armors with Faction.

1.5K -> 1500 Faction a piece.
15K -> 15000 Faction a piece.
FoW -> 150000 Faction a piece.

Hehe.

cant you only get a total of 10k faction though?
