I just got these 2 items and i've not seen their type before, though I've read a small bit on people having them. What are they worth?

Purple Earth Wand
Damage 11-22 (req 8 earth)
Energy +2 (when health is above 50%)

Gold War Axe
Damage 6-28 (req 8 axe)
Damage +12%
Energy -5

the stats aren't"special"
1)merchant
2)maybe1-2k(energy denial)

never said they were special just odd as i've personally never come across them before.
