15% while below 50% cannot be sold, unless your gonna scamm some1 with it

why cant it be sold? its not personalised or anything

no i mean that no1 will be interested in a 15% damage below 50%hp mod on it. salvaging the vamp or the enchantmod will give u better prices these days

since the modprices went artificially pumped by the *asian* traders (i call them asian because they are mostly in asian guilds, not to discriminate) u can sell the enchantmod for 20k easily, the vamp for 10-20k

so salvage it and sell the mod
