Where do they drop? I know they used to be in Dreadnought's Drift,but ANET removed them.

not sure honestly...i do know that kryta is the best place for more rare types of axes (like sephis, and dwarven)

I got one out of a chest in FOW last night. Max damage, but purple with no inherent mod on it.

I found one yesterday in kryat purple nice mod but max damage is 20 not that good

Undead Hordes is a quest in Beetletun. You may find max dmg sephis axes there from beating the last boss.
