No no, i did this quest a long time ago, i don't remember where exactly it is found. It is not the secondary class quest, it is another.

You have to go to Destiny's Gorge in the Crystal Desert. Talk to Annelle Fipps I think. She'll give you the quest. Then you go to a Forgotten in the middle between Augury and Gorge. Then after completing his quest, he gives you another to go speak to his relative in the southern part of the desert where you'll pick up your last 15 points.
