Help! GW won't open!

Guild Wars won't open up at all! I tried reinstalling, system restore, different path... any other ideas that i oculd try to get it to open?

that her firewall was blocking it... had to tell it to allow GW.exe access on
all ports.

I added GW to the firewalla exceptance list, but what ports do i unlock?

i just done a virus scan and no trojans no backdoors no nothing...wtf is going on?

I don't know... I had a friend log on my account(or try to) from a different computer to check if I had gotten hacked, and it turns out that at first my password was wrong. I had a different password sent to my e-mail, then my friend tried that and my account had been banned. I contacted GW Support, and being the kind-hearted people that they are, they are not going to permanently ban my account because I told them the situation. I just need to get Guild Wars actually running now, and to do that, I am probably going to just upgrade and reformat my computer at the same time.

Try creating a new admin account and running GW.exe from that account. I've had profile issues lock up GW previously, and creating a new WinXP admin account fixed the issue in my case.
