PC: on rare dual fortitude mod earth staff

never seen a dual fortitude mod before.. so thanks for the pc as always

ummm.. its hale head and staff wrapping of fortitude. most PVP have them

IMHO, id say salvage for either mod and sell them. Not too many Earth Eles use Prot prayers

Yes i would salvage too (and get wood considering my last few tries.)
