Water Staff

I don't quite remember the exact stats but this is what i think it is:

Water Staff (Req 10)
Energy +10
Cold Dmg:12-22
Halves Casting Time Of Spells (chance 9%)
Health +29
Enchantments Last 18% Longer

Would I just be better off trying to salvage the Fortitude mod or should I sell it as a whole?

If you dont wanna salvage for +29 try asking 8-10k and see how it goes. Water staves are really hard to sell though.
