Any colector w/ 15/stance or 15^50 flatbow?

Is there a collector featuring a +15% damage (stance) or +15% damage [while hp is over 50%]?

The generic name of 'ascalon bow' makes it kind of hard to find out

I think the only collectors bow around is the Ascalon Bow. Not sure what its classed as...

Comes with 15^50 thats for sure, my nec has 2 of em for some reason...
